This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the VitaHealth.net Affiliates Program.

• 1.- Enrollment in the Program:
  To Begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Program application via our site. We may reject your application if we determine ( in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the program. Includes those that:
  * promote sexually materials
  * promote violence
  * promote illegal activities
  * violate intellectual property rights
  * promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexul orientation or age. 
• 2.- Order Processing:
  We will process Product orders placed by customers who follow our link from your site to our site. We will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations and returns, and handle customer service.
• 3.- Referral Fees:
  We will pay you (in accordance with section 4) referral fees on Product sales to third parties.
• 4.- Referral Fee Schedule:
  Vitahealth.net pays you 15% on all sales generated at your site, plus all sales generated (Up to 5%) at the sites affiliates you sign up. Excluding costs for shipping, handling, taxes if any, bad debt. This is a great Program.
• 5.- Referral Fee Payment:
  We'll send you a check when you have earned U.S. $ 15.00.
• 6.- Identifying Yourself as an affiliate:
  We will make available to you a graphic image that identifies your site as an affiliate. You must display this logo with your link somewhere on your site. Or you can place the following text link "VitaHealth.net - The Finest vitamins and Nutritional Supplements in the World!!"
• 7.- Responsability for your site:
  You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
• 8.- Term of the Agreement:
  It will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Application and will end when terminate by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
• 9.- Limitation of Liability:
  We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program.
• 10.- Miscellaneous:
  You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
  This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade, Florida, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
